A Classic, Romantic Wedding at NOAH’S Event Venue in New Albany, OH
Chase and Kim’s super-classy wedding celebration at NOAH’S Event Venue of New Albany was a sophisticated, traditional affair. Their big day was made extra special with gorgeous roses, one-of-a-kind details for book lovers, and a whole lot of dancing on NOAH’S signature ballroom floor.
After a beautiful vow exchange on NOAH’S sun-soaked patio ceremony space, the couple threw a tasteful, upscale reception party in the Main Hall. Outstanding floral arrangements, freshly baked sugar cookies, and an artsy rainbow cake are just a few amazing highlights!
With a dusky pink palette for the ceremony and little hints of dark, woody emerald for depth and texture, this couple put together a fun, laidback gala that never lost its posh sense of style. Kim’s ensemble was both understated and elegant: a simple sheath gown with an intricate lace bodice, an armful of insanely gorgeous roses and greenery, and a soft, subtly boho up-do. Chase donned a sophisticated deep blue suit and added a playful twist: his favorite sneakers!
Kim picked a delicate, romantic motif for the show-stopping floral arrangements, featuring mainly roses in pale shades of pink, champagne, and cream. We can’t stop thinking about the huge variety of rose species, shapes, and sizes that Kim and Chase’s florist used, including unique cabbage roses, romantic floribunda roses, classic tea roses, and the star of the show (in our opinion!) the exquisite David Austin roses. Each bloom was fragrant and lovely and special. The arrangements also showcased fluffy white hydrangeas, celosia, and shiny Italian ruscus. Here at NOAH’S, we’re suckers for gorgeous florals, and Chase and Kim chose some really magical arrangements!
Italian ruscus also made a pretty and unconventional table garland. With glossy leaves and berry-like seeds, this greenery created a delightfully simple and clean look on Kim and Chase’s tablescapes.
As avid bibliophiles, Chase and Kim chose another reception detail that we were positively obsessed with: book-themed table decor! Underneath every table number was a small stack of books, effectively creating a simple and creative tablescape that was uncomplicated and easy to set up. Using books as decorations was a charming and functional way to add a little bit of Chase and Kim’s unique personalities to their wedding day. If you’re a book lover who is planning a wedding, you might want to take Kim and Chase’s lead and try this adorable decor idea!
We had such a blast celebrating Chase and Kim’s gorgeous, romantic wedding day, and we’re honored that they chose NOAH’S for their beautiful wedding affair. It’s love stories like Chase and Kim’s that make every day at NOAH’S so worth it!
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
