A Classically Timeless Wedding at NOAH’S in Morrisville, North Carolina
Megan and Matthew’s impossibly stylish, endlessly classy wedding and reception at NOAH’S was a celebration that won’t be forgotten soon. Featuring a dark, moody color scheme, a dreamy outdoor arbor twined with a garland of flowers, and some of NOAH’S tastefully romantic twinkle lights, this couple hosted a lovely party to show their love and devotion to each other.
Megan was a strikingly beautiful bride in a slim, backless white gown and a bouquet of deep blue roses; Matthew sported a tailored navy suit with a chic tan bowtie. Together they made a perfectly chic and sophisticated couple.
After the flower girl spilled her colored petals and Matthew received a special message from the ring-bearer à la the rock band The Pixies (“Matt… Here comes your girl”), Megan and Matthew finally said “I Do” on NOAH’S sunny patio venue space under a silk-draped arbor. The audience erupted in tears and applause. Finally, finally Megan and Matthew were really married.
After the vows and the I Love You’s, the couple treated their guests to a uniquely moving display of their devotion to one another. Into a glass vessel, Megan poured brown sand while Matthew poured white sand, metaphorically joining their lives and their futures together as the two colors merged and blended in the vase.
But once the sentimental stuff was over, the lovebirds knew it was time to celebrate. The couple fed each other bites of a towering emerald-and-gold, pearl-dotted cake, then stormed the dance floor to start the party. Megan showed off her rather… acrobatic dancing skills, while Matthew twirled away with the flower girl. There were loving speeches, gifts, candy, laughter, a slideshow to document the couple’s love story… everything a bride and groom could dream of for their perfect wedding day.
It was a gorgeous day and finally the couple had to tearfully say goodbye as they headed off to their honeymoon to celebrate the next chapter of their lives together. From NOAH’S to the happy newlyweds, congratulations!
