A Colorful, Eclectic Wedding at NOAH’S Event Venue in Wichita, KS
Tyler and Tayler had one goal in mind when they chose NOAH’S Event Venue of Wichita for their wedding: throw a fun, laid-back celebration with a hint of colorful bohemian flair that none of their loved ones could ever forget. Luckily, NOAH’S was the perfect venue for their creative ideas. From a romantic sunlit vow exchange in the Ceremony Room to photos on NOAH’S red brick patio to a fun and fabulous reception in the Main Hall, this wedding was perfectly unique.
Tyler and Tayler made sure to keep their wedding day celebration lush, boho, and gorgeous! Arrangements of dahlias, amaranthus, eucalyptus, black currant berries, red roses, and other wildflowers were displayed on tabletops to enhance the luxuriant, lighthearted vibe of the wedding celebration. Black lanterns, flickering candles, berry-colored pintuck linens, and glitzy gold accent decor added a sophisticated, cosmopolitan atmosphere of romance and glamour.
One special detail from Tyler and Tayler’s wedding that we absolutely adored was their custom backdrop for their sweetheart table. Made out of real doors painted a crisp, clean white, this charming backdrop was the perfect thing for every photo op!
Tyler sported an artistic and one-of-a-kind look in a hickory-colored suit, floral tie, and dried lotus seed and sage boutonniere. Tayler was stunning in a dramatic lace-lined gown and a cascading white veil as she held a jaw-dropping orange, goldenrod, and red bouquet. We love the unique little twists that Tayler and Tyler put on the traditional wedding ensemble!
As for the bridal party, these ladies and gentlemen were dressed to the nines. Tayler’s bridesmaids wore gowns in different colors, from wine-red to berry-purple to the softest champagne-pink, and each woman carried her own version of Tayler’s amazing bouquet. The groomsmen dressed to match Tyler’s trendy get-up with coordinating wildflower boutonnieres.
NOAH’S roomy, versatile Main Hall was the perfect space for party time. Tayler and Tyler’s guests loved having the space to feast, toast, and dance. The lovebirds chose to dim the lights to a soft, muted glow and then set up alluring lanterns for the reception, and we love how intimate and cozy it made the Main Hall feel.
Let’s talk about treats. Tayler and Tyler did not skimp on the sweets for their wedding party. The star of the show was their two-layer buttercream wedding cake, crowned with a gold topper and bright, bold flowers to match Tayler’s bouquet. Beyond the cake, there were literally hundreds of miniature cupcakes and a delightful build-your-own s’mores bar.
When the sun went down, it was time for Tayler and Tyler to hit the road. Instead of a traditional sparkler send-off at the end of the night, the lovebirds pulled out one last fun, unique wedding detail for their guests. Tayler and Tyler’s friends and families gathered outside of NOAH’S to wave gleaming glow-sticks in every color of the rainbow, giving the newlyweds a goodbye that was as bright and shining as their happy union.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
