A Bright and Colorful Wedding at NOAH’S in Hoover, Alabama
Maria and Josh sealed the deal on a blissful summer day at NOAH’S of Hoover. When choosing a color palette for their wedding, Josh and Maria were drawn to the bright, happy hues of a summer sunset. The pair integrated warm, cheerful colors like peach, sherbet orange, poppy red, butter yellow, and carnation pink into their colorful wedding at NOAH’S Event Venue of Hoover, Alabama. Their design focused heavily on florals with arrangements of bright, tropical blooms gracing just about every flat surface in the venue.
Wedding Day Attire
For her wedding day look, Maria donned a stunningly simple dress. The gown had a cool, contemporary cut and a striking scooped back. She wore her hair in a pretty Bohemian up-do with a sweeping veil, and carried an exquisitely eye-catching bouquet made up of hand-cut stems of David Austin garden roses, spray roses, and dahlias in every color of the sunset.
Josh’s wedding ensemble was as unique and full of personality as Maria’s. He wore a stylish royal blue suit with a sage green tie. Josh’s boutonniere was as lovely and bright as the rest of the couple’s flowers. The creamsicle-colored peony framed by herbs and miniature crimson tea roses was so charming. These two were perfectly dressed for their colorful wedding at NOAH’S Event Venue of Hoover, Alabama.
Colorful, Floral Wedding Ceremony Decor in the NOAH’S Of Hoover Main Hall
The couple exchanged vows in NOAH’S stately Main Hall. The aisles were lined with fresh greenery. Flower girls scattered scarlet and tangerine rose petals up the walkway to lead the bride to the ceremonial stage. Maria and Josh chose a large, gorgeous cross decked out in exotic flowers and olive leaves to serve as the backdrop as they said their I Do‘s. The colorful wedding decor was perfect for this ceremony in Hoover, Alabama.

Josh and Maria’s reception featured even more exotic flowers and arrangements of fresh greenery. From asiatic lilies to beachy robellini fern fronds to garnet-hued cabbage roses to romantic branches of Italian ruscus and myrtle, the flora certainly captured our hearts here at NOAH’S.
Another detail we thought was extremely cute was the gold-on-black guestbook. Guests could glue in a Polaroid picture that captured the evening and sign their love and encouragement. The metallic gold ink contrasted beautifully against the black pages. Picture-perfect!
After the formality of the vow ceremony, the couple offered guests a refreshing chance to go out in the lush, landscaped yard at NOAH’S and play a lighthearted game of Corn Hole together. We love when our couples add fun, laid-back activities to keep spirits high and guests entertained. We’re pretty sure Maria and Josh’s guests were grateful, too!
When Maria and Josh were choosing a wedding cake, they didn’t stop at one. We’re not sure if they just couldn’t decide whether they wanted vanilla or chocolate, or if Josh wanted chocolate while Maria demanded vanilla, but whatever the reason, guests were surely delighted to have a choice between a towering four-layer white-and-gold confection and a decadent chocolate cake. The couple’s trademark colorful sunset-colored fresh flowers decorated the impressive white wedding cake at NOAH’S of Hoover, Alabama, and the charmingly chocolate cake featured chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Is there a better way to end a beautiful evening than with celebratory sparklers? We don’t think so! Outside, guests cheered and held out glittering sparklers to show their love and congratulations for the couple. The perfect ending to this colorful, charming, and perfect wedding day at NOAH’S Event Venue of Hoover, Alabama!
Congrats, Josh and Maria!
