A Hip, 1920s Inspired Vintage Wedding at NOAH’S in Fairview, TX
Jamie and Christopher threw a vintage wedding affair with all the charm, panache, and flair of the Roaring Twenties at NOAH’S of Fairview, Texas. Although NOAH’S features contemporary architecture and modern luxury, the classic style and nuanced design elements of our venue are perfect for events of every theme and every flavor. Jamie and Christopher utilized NOAH’S highly customizable ceiling, lighting, and decor packages to perfectly tailor the 1920’s atmosphere of their wedding dreams.
Jamie wore a simple and striking strapless gown that was form-fitted on top and ruffled on the bottom and paired with delicate diamond accents. She styled her super hip pixie haircut with an exquisite crystal hairpiece. Her bouquet was a delicate handful of bright white roses, adding the perfect finishing touch to her undeniably elegant ensemble. So lovely!
Christopher looked like he stepped from the pages of The Great Gatsby in a killer white tux with black detailing. His fun dinner jacket with wide, curved lapels and sharp black bowtie were perfect for this vintage-inspired wedding at NOAH’S of Fairview, Texas. Christopher styled his look with retro suspenders, shiny black oxfords, and chic glasses. We especially loved the monogrammed detail hidden on the edges of Christopher’s sleeves!
For the vintage wedding ceremony, the couple chose a bright, clean vibe, full of light and crisp white decor in the Ceremony Room at NOAH’S of Fairview, Texas. With white chair ties, tall white pillar candles in glass vases, a cascading white organza backdrop, and a luxurious white aisle, the atmosphere was unquestionably serene as the pair shared their vows. Amidst all the white, Jamie and Christopher opted for one subtle splash of color: purple lighting. This gave the clean, tranquil ceremony room a bit of an edge for some added fun.
After the ceremony was over and the kisses were exchanged, Jamie, Christopher, and their guests moved to the Main Hall of NOAH’S of Fairview for a grand, vintage wedding reception fit for a 20s flapper girl! The color palette centered around black, gold, and a vintage robin’s egg blue. Additionally, the couple chose Art Deco typography printed in gold ink over heavy black paper for their signage and menus. Simply exquisite!
Furthermore, we’re obsessed with the small, luxurious elements from the wedding dinner. Gold plates lined with champagne-colored doilies instantly added that elegant, retro glam that the 1920s were famous for. Each table featured gorgeous gold-on-black table markers, old-fashioned glass pitchers, a dainty floral arrangement, and tiny golden votives that cast a warm, moody glow. The guest tables were chic and mod in pure black linens. The head table, in contrast, was highlighted with gold sequined linens. This gave Jamie and Christopher a twist of glitz as they ate their dinner.
Furthermore, we loved how Jamie and Christopher styled the tables set aside for gifts, guestbooks, desserts, and more. A sleek black tablecloth and clear glass covered a table in the entryway, giving the surface a slick, mirrored quality. The guestbook at NOAH’S of Fairview was accessorized with a vintage-style feather plumed quill pen and fun signs like a wedding day countdown (with “0” days left; so cute). A sign on another table directed guests to use a special wedding hashtag on Instagram. Utterly adorable!
At the end of the amazing evening, Christopher and Jamie waved goodbye to their guests while surrounded by sparklers. We had such a blast celebrating in vintage style wedding with these adorable newlyweds at NOAH’S of Fairview, Texas. Congrats, Christopher and Jamie!
