When Sarah and Joel decided to get married, they knew they wanted a customizable venue where they could create a personalized wedding atmosphere to show off their fun-loving, quirky personalities. With its versatile design, lighting accents, affordable packages, and sunny patio ceremony space, NOAH’S Event Venue of Lake Mary was the obvious choice for Sarah and Joel’s special day.
Sarah and Joel were a sight to see in their glamorous wedding ensembles. Sarah wore a strapless ballgown made of layer upon layer of gossamer organza, while Joel donned a laid-back vintage-inspired vest over a crisp white shirt.
For accessories, Sarah chose retro pink bow-back pumps and a one-of-a-kind bouquet made of antique brooches. That’s right! Jewels rather than flowers! We’re in love with Sarah’s creative and beautiful twist on this wedding tradition!
And the creativity didn’t stop at Sarah’s fabulous bouquet; Joel sported quirky, eye-catching accessories of his own! With a purple checkerboard bowtie and a playful green and violet boutonniere made of feathers, buttons, and yarn, Joel’s unique personality shone through in the smallest details. Needless to say, we’re obsessed.
Sarah’s bridesmaids also displayed unconventional trinkets. Rather than flowers, all eight bridesmaids carried miniature bronze lanterns. The effect was charming, whimsical, and perfectly fantastic.
The couple chose to exchange vows on the sunny red brick patio—the perfect backdrop for their cheerful, lively celebration. Framed by NOAH’S gorgeous wooden arbor, Sarah and Joel’s I Dos were met with uproarious cheers from their loved ones.
With a color palette of violet and mint green, Joel and Sarah transformed the Main Hall of NOAH’S into a bright, charismatic dance party for their reception. The newlyweds utilized turquoise-colored lighting and premium pin-tuck linens to embellish their soiree, and we love how our Spoke ceiling design created some of the most beautiful photos.
One of our favorite unique details was the three-tier black cake with white chalkboard-style writing (which matched their custom chalkboard-style sign for guests’ signatures!). We see a lot of wedding cakes at NOAH’S, but we rarely see chalkboard cakes like this one!
After all was said and done, the only thing left for Joel and Sarah to do was a quirky ribbon send-off. What can we say? This creative wedding was absolutely picture-perfect. Congrats, Joel and Sarah!
