A Modern-Vintage Wedding Affair at NOAH’S in San Antonio, TX
Edward and Daena’s dream for their summer wedding was elegant, simple, and most of all: romantic. From the sunlit ceremony down to the rose gold accent decorations, everything about this couple’s wedding screamed tasteful and classic. The pair opted for a classy, vintage-inspired color palette of pink, ivory, and champagne for their wedding, which paired beautifully with the dark hardwood, plentiful natural light, and neutral color-scape at NOAH’S of San Antonio. The couple’s decor perfectly balanced vintage elegance with modern details, creating a beautiful atmosphere. If you’ve been searching for an answer to the question “Is there a classic and customizable wedding venue in Texas for me?” keep reading about Edward and Daena’s gorgeous wedding affair at NOAH’S Event Venue.
Let’s start with the couple’s sophisticated, fashionable wedding outfits. Daena was a classic bridal beauty in an ivory mermaid gown with lace details and a graceful off-the-shoulder cut. She wore a cathedral-length veil and carried a lush bouquet of pink Floribunda roses and silver-dollar eucalyptus. Additionally, Daena wore wedding accessories as chic and stylish as she was. They included precious pearls and dainty champagne-colored sandals. However, the detail that had us swooning was Daena’s antique cameo brooch. The accessory polished off her wedding ensemble at NOAH’S of San Antonio with subtle vintage elegance.
Edward was dashing in a light gray suit, brown leather oxfords with a snazzy pointed toe, and a luxurious golden wristwatch. He finished off the look with pale pink accents via his necktie and pocket square, plus a simple white rose on his lapel to look sharp, clean-cut, and oh-so-classy.
The ceremony was held in our impressive Ceremony Room at NOAH’S of San Antonio, the perfect place to exchange vows, I Do’s, and a few kisses. The afternoon sunlight streamed through the large window and energized the ceremony with a touch of sun-kissed ambiance. What’s more, we loved the couple’s backdrop of choice: a large wooden cross decorated with a beautiful yet simple arrangement of white roses and fresh greens. The beautiful space was undeniably romantic.
When it came to the wedding reception, Daena and Edward dressed up the Main Hall at NOAH’S of San Antonio, Texas with a classy mix of vintage details with modern flair, and the result was stunning! Some of our favorite design motifs included angular geometric shapes, rose gold accents, and simple greenery. The tables were certainly a highlight of the decor. Modular, asymmetrical glass vases featuring creative arrangements of flowers and leaves dressed them up. The couple used all kinds of greenery for their arrangements, from frilly ferns to dusty green eucalyptus to olive leaves. The centerpieces also included stylish geometric wire cages around each floral arrangement. Clear signage and delicate rose gold votives added warmth and intimacy. Finally, we were absolutely obsessed with the dainty hexagonal marble pieces Daena and Edward used for nameplates on the dinner table; perfectly trendy and contemporary! In summary, everything was classic and unique.
Edward and Daena led their guests through toasts, dancing, and cake-cutting during their vintage-modern wedding reception at NOAH’S of San Antonio. It was, without a doubt, a wonderful night for all involved. In addition, we love how the newlyweds positioned their sweetheart table on the elevated stage in front of a sheer backdrop. This allowed them to look out over all their guests who came to celebrate with them. So sweet!
Fresh roses and sprigs of eucalyptus decorated the drool-worthy three-tier cake. The topper was a cute sign reading “Mr. & Mrs.” in curling cursive lettering. Finally, one special element from the cake cutting portion of the reception was the custom forks and cake knife. They read “And the two shall become one,” “I Do,” and “Me Too.” We adored Daena and Edward’s attention to even the tiniest details!
At the close of the evening, Daena and Edward dashed out the front doors to steal one last kiss. Guests cheered and held up twinkling sparklers as the celebration came to an end.
What a beautiful, unforgettable day celebrating Edward and Daena’s marriage at NOAH’S of San Antonio. From beginning to end, this wedding day was extra gorgeous, extra romantic and extra special. Congrats to the happy couple!
