A Vintage-Chic Wedding at NOAH’S in Auburn Hills, Michigan
When Simone and Tyler sealed the deal at NOAH’S, the couple brought an undeniable sense of personality and flair to their uniquely vintage wedding ceremony. We’re obsessed with Simone’s graceful ivory gown with breathtaking, old-fashioned silver beadwork in the bodice to match her twinkling crystal chandelier earrings (just like NOAH’S famous crystal chandeliers!) Combined with her 1950’s-inspired updo and femme-fatale red lips, Simone was a bridal bombshell and all eyes were on her as she started down the aisle with her delicate bouquet of stunning white peonies.
Tyler brought his own sense of vintage-chic style to the celebration with a sharp navy suit (and matching navy tie — we love this bold look), brash black Buddy Holly glasses, and classic leather wingtips, just like Humphrey Bogart would’ve worn!
For the ceremony, the couple chose an outdoor wedding under a beautiful wooden arbor and we’re in love with the way it turned out. Simone and Tyler’s guests packed the venue so full it was almost bursting as they all waited breathlessly to see the striking bride walk down the aisle to profess her devotion for her beloved.
After the I Do’s, the lovebirds knew exactly what their guests needed: sustenance! With the banquet tables set with glowing, whimsical lanterns and rustic olive branches, the mood was set for a charming meal to celebrate the newlyweds. Everyone ate so much of the gourmet cheese, bread, and finger-foods that they almost couldn’t make it out onto the dance floor… almost. When it came to dancing, Tyler’s moves may not have been professional but they were genuine and everyone had a blast getting down on the dance floor.
Then it was time for toasts full of laughter, love, and yes, even a few tears.
Then it was cake time. Simone and Tyler’s cake was clean, elegant, and perfectly on-trend with its simple lines and delicate flurry of olive leaves. We love the way this couple combined their fun flair for old-fashioned style with cool, modern trendiness.
Their attention to detail was sophisticated and unique, adding black and white photos from their relative’s weddings back in the day to add to the classy retro atmosphere. They even decorated with 50s-style marquee letters to keep on-theme, which we loved.
Spending the day with this gorgeous, happy couple and all their loved ones was truly the best. Their chic style and warm personalities made NOAH’S glow from the inside-out. Congrats, Tyler and Simone!
